Thank you for using our app for delivering fresh, locally sourced fruits and vegetables. We understand that sometimes customers may need to Cancel, return or exchange items due to various reasons. Below is our Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy for your reference:
Cancellation
Customer may choose to cancel Order only until the order is accepted by our delivery executive, if you order through call a cart option.
Customer may choose to cancel Order until 1 hour after placing, if you order through general delivery.
Customer may deny to accept the order once it reach at their doorstep in both the delivery options.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
Damaged or spoiled items: If you receive fruits or vegetables that are damaged or spoiled, you may be eligible for a return or exchange.
Incorrect items: If you receive the wrong fruits or vegetables that differ from what you ordered, you may be eligible for a return or exchange.
Reporting an Issue:
For damaged or spoiled items: You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact our customer support team via the app or our designated customer service email or phone number to inform us about the problem.
For incorrect items: You must report the discrepancy within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact our customer support team with the details of the incorrect items received.
Verification and Documentation:
We may request photographic evidence or additional information to verify the issue. This helps us improve our quality control and ensure customer satisfaction.
Please retain the original packaging and any relevant documentation until the return or exchange process is completed.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Damaged or spoiled items: Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a refund or exchange for the damaged or spoiled items. Refunds may be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be made for the same or similar items.
Incorrect items: If you received the wrong fruits or vegetables, we will arrange for a return of the incorrect items and provide a replacement with the correct items you originally ordered.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:
Due to the nature of our products, certain items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. These include perishable items that are not damaged or spoiled, items that have been consumed, or items with missing original packaging or documentation.
Delivery Charges:
If a return or exchange is authorized, we will cover any additional delivery charges associated with the return or exchange process.
